Poster
This page will be a showcase of my posters. This shows both graphic design and photography coming into play. The above poster is myself using a red rgb light stick to light up one side of my face. The below photo is the setup I used. I used two of my studio lights with a makeshift black backdrop in my living room at home. The blue silhouettes you see if you look closer are images of my brother in his blue suit holding a gun. (see below to see the original images). This poster was inspired by one of john wicks movie posters.
Abandoned Lab poster outcomes
The below is my poster development stages. I started off with a font I thought would suit the theme of the picture. From there it developed to a more professional looking font, the font made it feel more action based which I really liked. I then experimented further with trying perspective lettering along the wall.
These are just a few more outcomes I came up with, I didn't like these as much as my original one hence why I got the 1st one printed out.
For my show, I wanted to have a poster printed out in a frame, This was the process I went through to do that. Firstly I measured the width and height of the frame, I then used that to make a photoshop document to those sizes. From there I imported the poster and then re-adjusted it to fit accordingly. From there I setup the printer to the correct print settings and then hit print! (It cost 11 pounds!!)
